These technologies not only enhance productivity but also contribute to a safer and more sustainable future.- Epiroc is now seeking an **Applications Specialist Coordinator **to join our team in **Perth**. As an Applications Specialist Coordinator, you’ll be tasked with overseeing remote support activities, managing escalations, optimising support services, promoting effective communication between stakeholders and developing the competencies of our Applications Specialist team.**Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to**:

- Utilising and leading Epiroc’s ticketing system to record, monitor, and analyse support requests and team performance.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Regular customer engagement.
- Maintaining a repository of information and developing knowledge articles and quick reference guides.
- Implementing systems and processes to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Offering leadership and support to direct reports, including conducting regular performance reviews and promoting continual development and growth.
- Overseeing the quote-to-invoice process, including managing service orders in SAP.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- A strong commitment to working safely and looking after your colleagues
- Previous technology support experience within an aligned industry
- Previous experience working with Epiroc technology products (advantageous)
- Knowledge of mining and maintenance related practices and procedures
- High level of organisational and time management skills
- Excellent customer and stakeholder relation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A passion to continuously improve yourself, your team and Epiroc’s products
