Applications Specialist Coordinator to join our team in
Perth.

As an Applications Specialist Coordinator, you'll be tasked with overseeing remote support activities, managing escalations, optimising support services, promoting effective communication between stakeholders and developing the competencies of our Applications Specialist team.


Responsibilities of this role consist of but are not limited to:

  • Utilising and leading Epiroc's ticketing system to record, monitor, and analyse support requests and team performance.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Regular customer engagement.
  • Maintaining a repository of information and developing knowledge articles and quick reference guides.
  • Implementing systems and processes to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Offering leadership and support to direct reports, including conducting regular performance reviews and promoting continual development and growth.
  • Overseeing the quotetoinvoice process, including managing service orders in SAP.

The successful applicant will have:

  • A strong commitment to working safely and looking after your colleagues
  • Previous technology support experience within an aligned industry
  • Previous experience working with Epiroc technology products (advantageous)
  • Knowledge of mining and maintenance related practices and procedures
  • High level of organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent customer and stakeholder relation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion to continuously improve yourself, your team and Epiroc's products
