**The Role**:
The Health Information Services department currently have opportunity for part time Health Information Services Scanning Clerk to join our Eastern (Box Hill) campus on a fixed term basis. This position is Wednesday to Friday (15hours/week) for the hours 4pm to 9pm.

**You will make an impact by**:
Scanning paper-based patient medical records using the BOSSnet Digital Medical Record system

Responding to record requests

Answering telephone enquiries

Responding to information requests in accordance with the department’s release of information guidelines

Collecting, scanning and re-directing mail

**You will have**:
Good computer skills

Excellent customer service skills

Good attention to detail

Able to mulit-task and to organise work accordinly

Can work independently and in a team environment

About Eastern

Located in Box Hill, Epworth Eastern is a state-of-the-art facility and includes an 8 bed ICU, 10 bed HDU/CCU and 10 theatres. Epworth Eastern maintains a broad clinical focus from cardiac, vascular, orthopaedic and general surgery to oncology, urology and endoscopy services.

Epworth Eastern has almost completed its expansion and redevelopment, which will see the construction of the 14 storey East Wing Tower, delivering additional beds, theatres and consulting rooms.
