Created due to growth, this varied role will keep you busy, working within a tight knit & supportive team. Your responsibilities will include a mix of Invoicing, Data Entry & Customer Services duties including;
**Invoicing & Data Entry**
- Daily data entry of sales orders
- Invoicing/ data entry/ matching picking slips - processing approx. 100 invoices daily
- Exporting invoices direct to Store (nationally)
- Raising backorder reports, pack room reports etc
- Monitoring stock levels and liaising closely with warehouse staff regarding out of stock products
- Supporting Accounts and other teams and ad-hoc duties ie: stationery orders
**Customer Service & Admin**
- Answering customer queries (approx. 20 calls daily) for: order tracking, back orders, ETA's & monitoring missing consignments
- Setting up new Customers in the system
- Entering product adjustments
- Providing basic phone technical product assistance
To secure this great opportunity, you will bring;
- High volume Invoicing, Data Entry and Customer Service experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and great numerical ability
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, investigative nature
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Attache exp desirable (not essential)
- A willingness to learn and assist other team members
