**Key responsibilities include**:

- Prepare and analyse financial statements, accounting records and other related financial summaries
- Prepare and present financial reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, operating results, cash flow forecast to management for better decision making.
- NDIS invoicing - generation of invoices for participants.
- Creating chart of accounts and ensuring that company complies with all record keeping and accounting regulations set by ATO
- Reviewing and charging out of any un-invoiced hours/shifts & operational costs.
- Communication with internal/external stakeholders.
- Uploading relevant forms and documents to client files as required.
- Analyse business’s year-end financial reports (profit and loss statement/balance sheet) and advising management on tax-related matters, such as tax benefits, tax planning, tax issues on sale or purchase of business or property when requested.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong MS excel and word skills
- Demonstrated experience in computerised accountancy systems. Experience with XERO is desirable.
- Experience in a similar role within the disability services industry is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise with team members at all levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Tertiary degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CA/CPA is preferred.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hornsby, NSW 2077: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
