**You'll be responsible for**
- Supporting claims teams to Identify barriers in Recovery/Return to work & assisting in implementing strategies to address these areas.
- Maintaining positive relationships with Case Managers and working closely with them to share knowledge & learnings surrounding best claims management practices.
- Chair regular case meetings to talk through identified barriers with stakeholders (including regulator) & bring all parties to agreement in the best way forward.
- Have continued oversight on claims going through case meetings to ensure agreed upon strategies are being adhered to.
- Training & developing the professional capability of the case managers through regular interactions aimed at case specific strategy awareness & development opportunities.

**About you**
- Proven experience in injury management or return to work (within Personal Injury or Claims Management)
- Knowledge of the Victorian Workers Compensation Scheme
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Strong service capability
- The ability to work autonomously.
- Ability to influence & negotiate to achieve recovery & return to work outcomes.
- Excellent time management skills
