Pre-eminent Australian retail brand with established world-wide operations requires a top -line Service Desk Manager for their head office operations in Melbourne. This role is to manage our client’s Australian wide technology operations and is a role that will work closely with and be part of our client’s greater Technology Leadership team.

This is a first-class career role for a qualified and experienced Tech Services Desk Manager

**Key Requirements**
- 5+ years’ experience managing IT Service Desk teams
- Proven service management professional
- Strong customer service focus and capability
- Highly organised and proven leadership skills
- Leadership experience in all areas of infrastructure technology
- Respectful but formidable can-do attitude
- Provision of detailed reporting and analysis of Service Desk data
- Mentor to all group, company team members

This Service Desk Manager is with an Australia-wide service in an FMGC, wholesale, retail distribution organisation If you have skills in this environment that’s good but this expertise is not mandatory.
