**About Us**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process payroll and maintain employee records
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls and contacting clients.
- Generate invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administration/Bookkeeper or similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- Must speak Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Xero)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
