**The Client & The Role**
Join a well-established property investment business and take charge of this versatile accounting role. This is a long-standing company that has been operating for over 40 years in commercial property development, including acquisition, design, investment, property management and construction.
They are now looking for an experienced Bookkeeper with some property experience or knowledge. The role would suit someone who is at the later end of their career who is looking for a friendly and stable workplace. The role offers full time hours, 4 days per week or for someone to work a 9-day fortnight.

**The Duties & Responsibilities**
- Perform month-end reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations etc.
- Cash management and Debt management (account payables and receivables)
- General Bookkeeping duties
- Work with MYOB and TRAILD
- Accounts management of commercial property management program Progenisis (training will be provided)
**The Applicant**
- A background in Bookkeeping and Administration
- Experience and knowledge with MYOB
- Property industry background is an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Team working attitude and willingness to perform varied tasks
