**Customer Insights **Manager**

**THE ROLE**

The Customer Insights Manager role within the commercial insights team is integral to translating data into actionable strategies for sustainable, profitable growth.

This position focuses on providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to customer teams, playing a key role in developing insights to guide both tactical and strategic plans with priority customers. The role involves adopting a data-led decision-making culture, collaborating with commercial teams, and leveraging relationships to generate recommendations aligned with solving strategic business problems.

This opportunity is within a newly formed, strategically important business function, working alongside a high-performing and ambitious team critical to the success of the organization.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Work closely with customer teams, using data & insights to assist with achieving joint-business plan initiatives.
- Play a role in delivering strategic CCEP/customer initiatives that arise throughout the year
- Identify opportunities to grow with our key customers via a data-led approach, using an in-depth understanding of customer, category and market data.
- Enhance the way customer teams receive, interpret and communicate insights, using best-in-class reporting and dashboards to facilitate data-led decision making
- Provide thought leadership regarding our long-term objective of insight automation; sharing insights with our customers in a way that facilitates “self-service”
- Partner with the Category Management team to ensure insights and recommendations are aligned, ensuring we have captured any relevant shopper and category knowledge. Build a working knowledge of the Category Management priorities and challenges, identify opportunities to support them through data & insights.
- Partner with the RGM, Field Operations & Market Activation teams to ensure that insights drive decision-making right through to our execution in-market
- Manage priorities and workload of third-party data agencies including Quantium and Summit Insights

**ABOUT YOU**

**Demonstrated Prior Experience**
- Degree qualified
- Critical thinker with proven ability to form judgement
- Commercially savvy with strong analytical background. Experience analysing complex data from a range of different sources, drawing insights, and forming recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills. The ability to articulate data-led recommendations in a clear, engaging manner
- The ability to build partnerships and work collaboratively with key stakeholders to meet shared objectives
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, a natural ability to influence at all levels
- Strong organisation, planning and prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation abilities
