As a Rebate Analyst, your role encompasses the meticulous management of supplier and customer rebates through a series of critical responsibilities:

- You will be responsible for precisely loading and maintaining rebate agreements, ensuring their accuracy and timeliness.
- Overseeing timely calculations and accrual adjustments will be central to your tasks, guaranteeing that rebate processes are executed seamlessly.
- Your role involves guaranteeing the prompt claiming and payment of supplier and customer rebates, sustaining healthy business relationships.
- You will excel in reconciling supplier and customer rebates, ensuring transparency and correctness in financial transactions.
- You will attend to and effectively respond to supplier, customer, and internal rebate queries, maintaining excellent communication standards.
- Proactively driving process improvements within the rebate framework will be a key focus, contributing to operational efficiency.
- Partnering with Financial Business Partners, you will assist in margin recoveries, showcasing your financial acumen and collaborative spirit.

**ABOUT YOU**

Prior experience in a comparable role is beneficial. Your exposure to computerized accounting systems in medium to large commercial organizations enhances your suitability.
