Are you passionate about supporting the delivery of transformative infrastructure projects in a dynamic cloud environment? We are seeking a dedicated Project Analyst to join our Cloud function within the infrastructure area of the organisation. If you possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a drive for project success, we want you to be part of our team
To be successful in this role you will have:
- An understanding of cloud - public, private and hybrid and their unique value propositions- Proven background in supporting the delivery of technology infrastructure projects (ideally $1m+)- Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.- PRINCE2, PMP or other industry recognised project management certification is desirable.- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies- Demonstrated ability to:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.-
- Work independently and as part of a team.-
- Communicate effectively with delivery teams and senior stakeholders.-
- Proficiency in project management tools/software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira etc).-
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.How will you support our “Why?”
As our Project Analyst, you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes:
- Understanding the core components of project management including how to set up a project, identify risks and issues, complete status reports, coordinate activities and support delivery of the project plan.- Understand the fundamentals of process mapping, how to build and use a project map in the context of infrastructure project delivery Develop the skills to complete basic data analysis including model structure, key excel formulas and pivot tables.- Understand and be able to write a set of functional and non-functional requirements- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports. Ensure accuracy and accessibility of project-related information.- Facilitate communication among project teams, stakeholders, and management. Ensure timely dissemination of project information and updates.- Coordinate tasks and activities among team members, ensuring alignment with project goals. Track task progress and follow up on outstanding items.- Assist in resource allocation and management. Support in identifying resource needs and ensuring availability as per project requirements.- Assist in identifying potential risks and issues within projects.
