**About the Role**
To support our growth focused approach, we are seeking a
**Logistics Analyst **to join our
**Dandenong branch**.

**Key responsibilities and duties**:

- Embody the ‘Yes We Can’ ethos in all aspects of the role and responsibilities.
- Adapt, promote, and encourage a Safety-First approach.
- Create an effective and efficient daily driver schedule, to deliver optimal results and total customer service. This involves being responsible for specific runs and drivers as well as route management planning and review daily.
- Safety and compliance management.
- At all times to represent Supagas in a positive and professional manner, recognising the key role you have as primary contact between the customers and Supagas.

**Skills & Experience**
- Analyse costs on allocated runs and report to Management on any variance in budgeted costs including delivery costs, and all runs fall within our cost per cylinder/litre budget, ensuring accurate branch cost allocations.
- Manage customer data to ensure delivery details are correct and make changes as required, including but not limited to delivery instructions.
- Monitor and communicate Zzoota and DriveRisk breaches to Branch Logistics teams and ensure appropriate action is taken in a timely manner, including but not limited to fatigue, speed compliance, driver distractions and predeparture checks.
- Ongoing auditing of scheduled milk run frequencies to identify futile stops and actioning schedule adjustments as required.
- Monitor cylinder utilization in line with business expectations.
- Maintain safety, tidiness and housekeeping throughout entire office.
- Report any hazards or problems immediately to your supervisor at all times.
- Assist the company to educate our customers and make sure all customers handle and store gas appropriately and safely.
- Provide an environment for all internal and external customers to feel comfortable and valued - you need to live the values and set the example
- Other tasks as required from time to time
