**The Company**:
A leading supplier and distributor of industrial supplies to the agriculture, farming and mining industries is seeking an Account Manager and Business Development Manager to join their team.

**The Role**:
As an Account Manager, your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:

- Processing counter, phone and online orders, as well as providing support with customer enquiries
- Order products and services to ensure customer orders are fulfilled
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders in preparation for despatch
- Submit and follow up quotes with customers and convert to sales where possible
- Create and maintain effective product displays and ensure the presentation of the branch is always professional
- Participate in stock take and ensure information is compiled accurately and efficiently
- Ensure key account KPIs are understood and adhered to

**Salary**: up to $70k base + super

As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities would include, but not be limited to:

- Visiting existing and new customers to achieve company sale budgets and targets
- Sell and promote company’s product range to fulfil customer needs and actively grow the business
- Review marketing reports and create plans accordingly
- Implement and promote sales and marketing strategies
- Participate in trade shows and field days as required

**Salary**: up to $80k base + super
