The Opportunity:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Representative/ Spare Parts Interpreter to join our Customer Support Centre based in Welshpool.

This role provides high support to internal and external customers for all queries regarding parts interpretation, quotes, sales orders and deliveries.


Other duties include:

  • Delivery of highquality parts interpretation in a timely and professional manner through analysing parts books & other systems to supply correct parts
  • Provide customers with accurate estimates of lead time & cost utilizing the Komatsu inventory and parts pricing systems
  • Promote the company and its products positively, promoting and following quality assurance processes, identifying and reporting any problems and suggesting remedies
  • Maximise sales through proactively engaging with customers and providing solutions
  • Provide exceptional customer service resulting in a positive customer experience

Roster:
Friday to Monday 7am - 5pm

Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work within a 24/7 roster with varying start, finishing times, weekend and Public Holiday coverage as required (day shift only)
  • Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills and build strong working relationships
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Microsoft suite; Microsoft AX experience will be highly regarded
  • Knowledge of mechanical equipment and mechanical aptitude desirable however not essential
  • Current drivers' licence is essential and forklift licence is advantageous
