Finance makes it easier for us to win together as a business. Our team works side-by-side with every other team to help bring commercial thinking into what they do and make moves that support our strategic business decisions.

We have a great opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. You will offer finance support to the Supply Chain and Transformation Teams. Partnering on a number of key projects that are central to Coles delivering on our strategy of Customer Obsession.

**About the Role**:
The Finance Business Partner will partner with Transformation and Project Leads to provide key commercial and financial information on various project lifecycles. A self-starter, you will own key financial information and analysis in order to correctly assess projects throughout their lifecycle. You’ll also:

- Driving improved business insight and decision making through providing robust financial data, analysis and reporting.
- Provide strategic and tactical commercial decision support, planning and forecasting of Coles projects.
- Complete financial assessment and appraisal of initiatives.
- Actively monitor results against targets, assessing risks, opportunities, provide recommendations and challenge financial decision making.
- Autonomously lead financial control, governance and integration for various projects.
- Support the completion of minor business cases and benefit reviews for new business initiatives to support continuous improvement.

**About You and Your Skills**:
We’re after an experienced and well-rounded Finance Business Partner that has partnered on key commerical projects. You’ll also need:

- Experience managing relationships with and influencing key business partner stakeholders.
- Experience in a complex business environment, with multiple stakeholders.
- Finance experience partnering large projects, desirable but not essential.
- Proven ability to deal with complexities and high-level information.
- Self-starter who displays tolerance, innovation, creativity, decisiveness, flexibility and open mindedness to alternative views.
- Focus on continuous improvement.
- CA/CPA qualified.
