**About the Role**:
Our client is passionate about Branding, which is why they specialise in providing their clients with eye catching bespoke packaging, predominantly for the food and beverage industry.


Due to continued business success, they now have an entry level opportunity available for someone who is looking to start their Office Administration Career. You will need to have strong computer knowledge, excellent attention to detail and fantastic customer service skills. You will be assisting the team with inbound enquiries, processing orders and account payments and providing general customer support and sales administration functions. A Certificate III in Business Administration, would be highly desirable.

**Duties**:

- Process customer orders
- Process customer invoices and receipt payments
- Following up overdue invoices
- Update clients on the status of their order
- Meet KPI's and provide a high level of work standards
- Liaise with the sales teams to assist to maintain and grow sales
- Outbound calls to existing and prospective clients

**Skills and Experience**:

- Sound working knowledge of MS Office
- Strong customer service skills & a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Be a quick learner and have the ability to use your initiative
- A desire to learn and take on challenges
