**Your new role**

This is a newly created role and forms part of the Product and Marketing department, as Product Compliance and Reporting Specialist.
- Create and maintain policy disclosure documents including product terms and conditions and be across target market determinations
- Ensure website and marketing material has correct disclaimers and disclosures
- Support the product compliance requirements across distribution channels including the website and branch
- Analyse portfolio, member and industry data to identify opportunities and recommend change that deliver member and business value.
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting for Executive Committees and external stakeholders
- Manage internal and external audit responsibilities.
- Support the team in quality assurance for product and system changes.
- Assist the team to develop and manage procedures including maintaining intranet product content.
- Stay informed about upcoming regulatory changes and assess their impact on the retail product suite.
- Ad hoc product tasks as required from time to time.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Tertiary qualifications e.g. Degree qualified in Business, Data Analytics or other related business discipline
- Retail banking experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Can work part of a small close-knit team
- Willingness and ability to learn with an eye for detail
