**Want to know more about what your role would look like?**

In this role, you will be reporting to the HR director and supporting the wider team. The team works in a collaborative way making this role very generalist, allowing you to cover a wide range of HR matters. You will have the following key areas of responsibility:

- Assist and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Co-ordinate induction programs for new staff during the onboarding process
- Liaise with external training providers to facilitate cost effective, efficient delivery of training when required.
- Build sustainable, professional relationships with stakeholders at various levels, encouraging and supporting workplace harmony.
- Contribute to and assist with the development and implementation of HR projects and programs.
- Work with payroll and finance team to streamline transactional HR/payroll activities and provide timely and accurate assistance.
- Show initiative and attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality in relation to employee information and issues.
- Manage the HR inbox and respond to queries.
- All other admin tasks required.
