As a Loyalty Insights & Reporting Analyst, you will be providing timely insights and reporting on the MYER one loyalty program; including program performance, customer behaviour and preferences, rewards and benefits.

**About the opportunity**:

- Support loyalty campaigns and experiences by delivering pre and post analytics and providing actionable insights and recommendations to define future campaign audiences and Member benefits
- Deliver insights and reporting to enable the delivery of key program events and executions
- Leverage insights to proactively identify opportunities including but not limited to improving program performance, influencing positive customer behaviour change, or increasing reward and benefit utilisation
- Develop, automate and disseminate key metric reporting for Loyalty Product, Loyalty and Retail Operations and Store Leadership teams
- Collaborate and engage with key Loyalty and business stakeholders to embed data and insights into decision making
- Lead and deliver AdHoc strategic insight deep-dives to address key business problems to influence insight led decisioning

**About you**:

- 2+ years of experience in an Insight role and/or similar field
- Highly proficient in SQL and querying large relational databases
- Self-driven and experience working with mínimal guidance or supervision / working independently
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to transform raw data into meaningful insight
- Ability to quickly find solutions to non-routine problems and situations
- Honesty, integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Retail experience not required, but would be beneficial to the role
