In 2023, the Health division expanded its digital and medical aesthetics offering with the acquisitions of telehealth provider InstantScripts, as well as the SILK Group, who operates a network of around 140 wholly-owned, joint venture and franchised clinics.

The division employs more than 3600 team members.

About the role:


As part of our Loyalty & eCommerce Team, the Marketing Automation Specialist will lead the development and implementation of omnichannel automations and platform enhancements aimed at increasing member retention and engagement within the Priceline Sister Club.

Responsibilities include overseeing execution of the campaign calendar in collaboration with the Loyalty team to boost trade.

This position will maintain the Marketing Automation platform on a daily basis, utilising it to identify new improvement opportunities, enhance existing features, and promote adoption of new features.

Additionally, the role will advocate for testing and learning, analysing data to offer insights and recommendations for A/B testing, personalisation opportunities, and audience segmentation.

**What you'll bring: - 3-5 years' experience within CRM & Marketing Automation, preferably within Retail or Health

  • Experience working at a strategic and tactical level to own and deliver the roadmap of automations, campaign improvements and platform enhancements
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally with internal and external stakeholders to deliver key initiatives
  • Experience and exposure to A/B Testing, customer segmentation and Personalisation
  • A strong commercial acumen and ability to make recommendations for improvements & changes based on trends and insights
  • A passion for customer engagement and delivering an enhanced omnichannel customer experience
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, IT or similar (preferred)
