As a Dispute Resolution Officer, you will be an integral part of the Quality & Training team, responsible for managing the end-to-end Internal Dispute Resolution (IDR) process for our SMA, SuperSMA, and IDPS products. You will handle complaints within the complaints register, ensuring timely resolution and producing reports for board, compliance committee, and management reporting.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting thorough investigations by collaborating with internal departments, reviewing evidence and data, and recording findings in the complaint ticket. You will monitor workflows to ensure deadlines are met and maintain accurate records in our systems and complaints register.
