People and Culture Coordinator

This permanent position can be in either Toowoomba or Brisbane. This is a full-time position, however, offering flexibility to suit you, we will consider job share arrangements as well.
**About the role**:
- Provide advice and support managers on strategies for recruitment, selection, and interview evaluation with fast turnaround
- Be involved in the entire recruitment process from advertisement through to onboarding and all other associated duties
- Assist managers with complex people related matters (performance, disciplinary and well-being etc.)
- Assist in the development, review and rollout of all People and Culture related policies, procedures, and programs
- Act as the first point of contact for operational managers, employees, and other team members
- Provide administration coordination of learning outcomes, skills competencies, and professional development
- Coordinate inductions, travel arrangements and medicals where necessary
- Utilisation of Wolff Power’s HRIS system, EnableHR and train managers in using the system
**Talents you’ll bring**:
- Proven experience in a HR related role, recruitment would be highly regarded
- You’ll be amazingly organised and enjoy ticking boxes
- Experience and ability to lead a team, with the Administration Officer reporting to this role
- Knowledge and understanding of Australian Workplace Relations Laws (i.e., employment legislation and standards)
- Have an eye for detail, and make sure all the details are correct
- Flexible approach to your work
- Proficient in using Microsoft office programs ie Word, Excel and Outlook
- Natural and personable ability to build and maintain relationships with all individuals in a positive, confidential, and professional manner

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
