Our People and Culture Department are a key enabler supporting all services and people across Council to deliver on our Community Vision 2040 and transformation journey. We are a highly collaborative team working in an agile and fast-paced environment underpinned by our organisational values and a service driven approach

**The role**:
Reporting to the Coordinator People and Culture Support Centre, this newly created position is a high volume, customer service oriented frontline provider of quality People and Culture services. The role supports leaders, employees and volunteers providing timely, accurate and informed advice, whilst coordinating and administering effective and quality services across the employee and volunteer life cycle. The role also actively contributes to developing and administering people and culture policy/ procedure, process and systems and continuous improvement.

**About you**:
Key to the positions are highly developed organisational skills including the prioritising of workloads, managing multiple and demanding deadlines and undertaking administrative tasks. Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated customer service focus and skills will see you be successful in this role.
