About the Role - Administration Assistant/Parts Manager
This position is Part time permanent supporting our current administration team, and located at our headquarters on the beautiful Deception Bay in the Moreton Bay area. We are seeking a client-focused superstar who can support our existing team with general administration and helping customers who come to our warehouse as required. We are looking for an upbeat and vibrant professional with the following qualities:

Your duties as an Admin Assistant will include but are not limited to:
- Be the first point of contact, including greeting visitors at reception and answering & screening incoming calls professionally
- Maintain presentation & cleanliness of areas such as reception, and office
- Assist in preparing client information packages (including cover letters, documents for signing, invoices, etc.)
- Assist with creating and tracking job progress in workflow systems to help our team prioritize tasks
- File & maintain confidential documentation
- Process various forms and submissions related to healthcare equipment and services
- Communication with the warehouse when needed
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as requested by Management
Please be aware that our successful applicant will possess the following:
1 - 2 years office administration experience (experience in the healthcare industry is highly regarded) or som kind of experience working in a warehouse or with Parts.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook
