**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service to join our respected team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management of patient records, appointments and procedures, processing patient invoices and receipts.

You will also be responsible for effectively performing administrative duties in line with our Ramsay Core Values to meet the needs of our customers and clinicians.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will be a well-presented individual with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Your strong administration skillset, attention to detail and accuracy will be key to this role as will your ability to manage conflicting priorities working in a fast paced environment.

**You will also bring**:

- Previous medical reception experience
- Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing

**Remuneration**

**PH from $25.91 - $35.34** + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
