**About the role**

Want to be part of a fun and energetic team focused on the future growth of Sunnyfield?
Our You4You team are responsible for managing the pool of Casual Support Workers across Sunnyfield's services.

As a key leadership position, this is a great opportunity to grow and develop skills in a supportive and progressive organisation. You will lead and guide staff to schedule support for our clients to achieve their goals.

Key focus
- Manage a team of Staffing Coordinators
- Manage the pool of Casual Community Support Workers and optimise their use
- Support the Shared Living & Community Services divisions in filling short term staffing gaps
- Ensure rostering is undertaken in accordance with the Award/Enterprise agreement and internal business rules
- Liaise with Service Coordinators, Service Managers and Regional Managers
- Ensure our Casual Support Workers are trained to the required level to support our clients
- Contribute to positive relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Able to act as a change agent
