**Job Description**:
We’re looking for an Operations Support Officer to join our Integrated Facilities Management Services (IFMS) team located in our Balcatta support centre in a Permanent Full-Time position. The purpose of this role will be to support the Balcatta & site property teams, providing property support, training, processes & general administrative guidance & assistance

**Requirements for the role will include**:

- Lead the town-based Property Management teams to perform to operational requirements
- Deliver client services in line with contractual requirements
- Maintain compliance for all property division staff members in accordance with relevant legislation
- Work with integrated service streams to perform contracted services and create/enhance interdepartmental efficiencies
- Adhere to the health, safety, environmental and quality standards, policies and procedures and for proactively acting in a manner that supports a healthy and safe work environment, including the reporting of all incidents and hazards.
- Ensure a high level of professionalism and discretion with regards to telephone calls and correspondence, and confidentiality of work practices and documents.
- Provide administrative support for Property Management services, with consideration to relevant Legislation and the Residential Tenancies Act, not completing any tasks which require formal qualification
- Identify and report any environmental or OHS hazards and incidents to immediate manager and HSEQ personnel in a timely manner and assist in the development and implementation of initiatives to avoid environmental and safety risks.
- Provide timely and quality administrative support to multiple line managers, managing competing priorities and deadlines

**General Administration Support**:

- Maintain team SharePoint folder system, archiving and document control, ensuring all documents filed in appropriate place
- Coordinate team functions
- Assist with Travel arrangements
- Assist team with Stationary, uniform orders
- Assist with compilation of property Newsletter
- Assist with distribution of tenant communications (Newsletter, Cyclone coms, town notices)
- Assist site operations as directed

**Qualifications**:
To be successful, you’ll need:

- Demonstrated experience in administration management/office management
- Experience in residential or commercial property management is desirable
- Intermediate to advanced word processing and computing skills, including Microsoft suite
- Organized, with attention to detail.
- Australian citizenship or full Australian working rights
