**Title of Role**

The Department of Treasury and Finance is the lead agency for economic, social and financial policy outcomes. We play a vital role in providing financial services to the community and economic and fiscal policy advice to the Government of South Australia.

The Government’s main financial management system (FMS) Masterpiece, used by the majority of SA Government Agencies (excluding SA Health), was implemented 30 years ago and is reaching the end of its useful life. The Finance Reform Program (FRP) is leading a significant program for State Government to implement a new contemporary FMS and best practice processes. The program will fundamentally change the way finance activities are performed across all in-scope Agencies and impact a broad range of stakeholders, including financial, ICT and operational teams.

**Job Summary**

The Change Manager will undertake a key role in the Finance Reform Program by supporting the Change Management Lead and Deployment Teams with significant stakeholder engagement and execution of the Change Management Strategy and Framework. You will support the transition to and adoption of the new financial management system and best practice processes.

You will lead a team responsible for determining the people and process-related change impacts and executing strategies which facilitate change adoption and Agency readiness.

**Special Conditions**

This is contract position. Some out of hours work may be required. Intrastate and interstate travel may be required. The incumbent may be required to be assigned to another position at the same classification level across the Department of Treasury and Finance (DTF). The incumbent will be required to participate in DTF’s Performance Management Program.
