**Grade 7/8 - $106,025 - $117,363 p.a. + Super**

**What you’ll do**

Facilitate engagement with the sector and communities to implement, improve and manage the local supply of services, whilst building collaborative relationships with providers and developing avenues for contract management that directly contribute to better outcomes for individuals, families, and communities.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience with demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development
- Working with Children Check Current driver’s licence**What we are looking for**
- Experience working with non-government organisations and government agencies on the development and implementation of service delivery and social policy
- Experience working with, supporting and addressing the cycle of disadvantage and risk of harm experienced by a number of our primary and prioritised clients; including Aboriginal Children, their families and communities; and children and families from Non-English-Speaking Backgrounds and diverse cultural groups
- Experience and knowledge of one or more of the funded programs Permanency Support Program, Family Preservation, Specialist Homelessness Services, of Domestic and Family Violence, and/or Targeted Earlier Intervention Services
- Ability to work independently and manage your own work. Including working both independently and within a team environment
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A commitment to a culture of teamwork, excellence and continuous improvement
- Client service skills with an empathic approach to clients
- A strong commitment to customer service
- Computer and systems competency Sound research and analysis skills to support evidence-based decisions**What we offer**

DCJ implements changes and reforms rapidly, as is consistent with working within a Government environment. The Permanency Support Program reform is always changing to ensure children in OOHC have the best opportunity for permanency.
