**Treatment Sales Coordinator**
**Locations**:Kotara and Tuggerah
**Salary**:$65,000 - $75,000 base plus Super and Commission (pending experience)

**Your new role**
- Patient Consultations: Conduct consultations to understand patient needs for dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and solutions. Manage follow-up processes for potential patients.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with the dental team to create personalised treatment plans.
- Educating Patients: Explain treatment options, benefits, and financial considerations to patients.
- Sales and Support: Communicate the value of services, promote treatment acceptance, coordinate financial arrangements, and follow up unconverted consults.
- Customer Experience: Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns or questions.
- Patient Finance Management: Assist patients with finance options and accessing superannuation for dental treatment.
- Patient Enquiries: Respond to and assist patients with enquiries during their treatment.
- Marketing: Support marketing initiatives and organisational development activities.
- Outbound Sales: Qualify and close warm leads from marketing and media campaigns.

**What you'll need to succeed**- Proven previous sales, customer service and administration experience, or similar.- Strong communication skills, able to discuss treatment plans and costs with a range of stakeholders.- Tech-savvy, able to hit the ground running using new programs and software.
