About the role
Permanent part time opportunity to provide a multi-skilled variety of administrative tasks and duties in support of Infection Control Services. Provide confidential and high-level secretarial support including production of high-quality documents and records, enquiry screening and electronic diary management.
About you
- Coordinate with staff at all levels, across a variety of work units, including but not limited to Human Resources, Payroll Services, Security, Theatre Management Teams, Switchboard, TPCH Executive and MNHHS Executive.
- Scheduling outpatient clinics via ESM
- Demonstrated proven clerical and administrative skills of a high standard including the use of Microsoft programs (excel, word, access, PowerPoint & Outlook) electronic databases (myHR, S4Hana), record and diary management systems.
