About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to provide professional, efficient and effective administrative support, correspondence management and secretariat functions to the Office of the Chief Operating Officer in a dynamic and changing environment
About you
- Manage correspondence to ensure all correspondence is received, actioned and responded to in line with deadlines and complies with Queensland Health policy.
- Coordinate a range of complex and confidential internal and external responses, reports, documents, and general inquiries on behalf of the Office of the Chief Operating Officer within competing timeframes.
- Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships within the team, internal and external stakeholders and staff to promote a cohesive and supportive work environment/culture, whilst managing expectations.
