**About the role**:
Work as a Junior Support Officer for our Applications Team based out of Wesley Place in the Melbourne CBD where your responsibilities include;
- Being responsible for creating and supporting custom reports
- Assisting with any project work, typically software upgrades or implementations

- Experienced in call center/Customer Support enviroment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed organisation, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capable to effectively manage competing priorities and strict deadlines
- Capable to work autonomously as well as working effectively in a team and contributing positively to team operations and working relationships
- Experienced in Application support is preferred
- Experienced and understanding of the Aged Care / Health Care sectors
- Experienced with engagement of and formation of positive and effective relationships with staff at all levels of the organisation and ability to engage with external stakeholders
- Thrive in a team and also appreciate the one to one interactions

- A current Working With Children card
- Current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations
