Document Services Coordinator

We have won the SMSF Administration Provider for the past 5 years running and recently also won the SMSF Education Provider after investment in and development of our SMSF products and services.
The Document Services Coordinator is a newly created position within our Tech Services Team, providing a range of administrative and specialist document support to the business. With a high level of autonomy, this position will provide fantastic breadth of exposure to the heart of Operations at Heffron, offering the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the SMSF industry's best. Offering a professional, collaborative and flexible environment, Heffron is home to some top talent and provides fantastic exposure for those keen to develop their skills and hone their expertise. **Our Business**
Heffron’s core service proposition centres on providing compliance, taxation, accounting and transactional administration to clients as they manage their retirement nest egg via an SMSF. Managing and nurturing the relationship between Heffron and its clients by understanding our existing client base and employing technical knowledge to provide solutions with exceptional service. Success will be achieved through effective ‘customer first’ outcomes and a commercial mindset, cross-functional teams and supporting the development of products and service that really hit the mark.
**About You**
Working closely with key stakeholders across Tech Services and Operations, this positions requires:
- Keen attention to detail for effective data entry, management and integrity
- People skills - effective communication & stakeholder management are critical
- The aptitude to embrace and utilize new technologies, software and platforms
- The urgency to work to targets and deadlines
- The motivation to succeed and grow
- A Super administration or client service background is desirable but not essential.
