**Your new Role**
- The Workplace Relations Specialist is critical to ensuring expert, best practise advice, risk management strategies and hands on support to deliver successful outcomes for the organisation.
- This role will be a pivotal support to the Workplace Relations Manager, P&C Business Partnering team and wider leadership group at RMH.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide advice, support, and coaching in all areas of industrial and employee relations, performance management, EBA interpretation, bargaining and implementation etc.
- Contribute towards the development and delivery of resources, education and training opportunities to improve the capability and confidence of professionals and leaders across RMH.
- Provide support to the Workplace Relations Manager and Workplace Relations Adviser.
**Required skills and experience**:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with resilience and a positive, flexible, and collaborative approach.
- Relevant degree and demonstrated experience in a Workplace Relations or Generalist HR role, or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through any combination of education, training and/or experience.
- Previous exposure with enterprise bargaining and the successful implementation of replacement enterprise agreements (desirable).
- Confident interacting with people at all levels of the organisation and able to build positive and genuine working relationships.
- Previous experience in the health sector (desirable).
