**THE ROLE**

As OSHC Regional Manager, reporting to Head of Children’s Services, you will:

- Provide leadership to ensure quality care, recreation and leisure programs for children, and direction, support, and continuous learning for staff according to the National Quality Standards
- Build the YMCA of South Australia’s reputation as a quality provider of OSHC services
- Provide first level support to directors, including reviewing reports, Vacation Care programs, and timely response to questions
- Support a culture of continuous learning in the workplace (including own workplace learning)
- Attend Advisory Committee and School Leadership meetings as required
- In conjunction with the Head of Children’s Services; prepare, monitor and review the service’s annual budget and fee structure

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Tertiary qualification in Children’s Services (relevant field)
- Certificate of completion for “Responding to Risk of Harm, Abuse and Neglect” (RRHAN -EC) training
- HLTAID012 Current Provide Emergency First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
- HLTAID009 Provide CPR
- Strong leadership experience to staff including training, quality improvement, support, and maintaining the standards of the service
