As the
**Regional Business Manager**, you will develop strong, long-term relationships with targeted customers while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved and maintained at all times. You have the ability to lead a team - developing, motivating, engaging, and coaching.

The majority of the role will be focusing on line management of GP Reps and Specialists. The current team has a good mix of experience - you will oversee the implementation of launch strategies ensuring the team retains high standards of service & product knowledge.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Tertiary qualification in science, pharmacy, nursing, or business
- You have prior sales, territory, and line management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- You have strong professional communication, scientific knowledge, and impeccable interpersonal, rapport-building skills.
- You embrace continuous learning opportunities and seek knowledge in challenging situations and is comfortable with complexity, can examine problems carefully, and deliver in first-time situations.
