We are seeking a collaborative and organised people and culture project coordinator with a proven ability to roll their sleeves up and get things done.

**The Opportunity**

Reporting to our Executive Manager - People, Culture and Capability, our People and Culture Project Coordinator will be a key support in building and shaping foundations of value our People, Culture and Capability Team contribute to achieving AQAs Strategic Plan.

This is a part-time (3 or 4 days per week), 6-month fixed-term opportunity.

As our People and Culture Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

- Creating and delivering on a work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the following People, Culture and Capability projects:

- Reviewing and organising the location and accessibility of the PC&C suite of tools, including AQAs intranet.
- Reviewing and developing PC&C owned policies, procedures, work instructions, guides and forms.
- Supporting the P&C Business Partner with the Position Descriptions project.
- Supporting the P&C Business Partner, Health, Safety and Wellbeing Lead, and Organisational Development, Change and Capability Lead to plan and develop PC&C manager and employee toolkit resources.
- Research and collate data and information to support informing our PC&C Plan 2024 - 2026.
- Scan, save and destroy hard copy employee files.

- High level of energy, initiative, sound judgement and a sense of urgency.
- Provide evidence of a minimum of 3 COVID-19 vaccinations before commencing employment or a valid medical exemption certificate.
- NDIS workers screening check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
