Over the last 7 years the business has grown dramatically and has activated some iconic Grinders café sites that have driven profitable outcomes and increased brand recognition.

**THE ROLE**

Reporting directly to the Senior Demand & Supply Planner, the Supply Coordinator will primarily be responsible for the following:
**Inventory Planning**
- Deliver effective supply plans to ensure optimal levels of customer service whilst minimising risk of obsolescence
- Coordinate and manage inbound orders from local and international suppliers, for raw coffee, packaging and bought-in finished goods
- Frequent review of network inventory and expediting interstate freight to reduce or eliminate out of stocks
- Provide regular Inventory analysis/reporting
- Provide product traceability reporting for visibility and audit requirements
- Key involvement in stocktake activities and investigation
- Support SKU portfolio review activities
- Ownership of SAP Master Data and planning parameters

**Manufacturing Support**
- Develop and communicate weekly production schedule to production team
- Coordinate inbound supply of raw coffee and packaging materials to support production plans

**Continuous Improvement**
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to deliver increased levels of service to our customers
- Ensure we are aligned and utilising SAP/MRP tools to CCEP standards
- Involvement in ongoing SAP development initiatives

**Stakeholder Management**
- Ability to collaborate effectively within your team and the wider business on key challenges and initiatives
- Proactively highlight risks and opportunities and participate in suitable solutions
- Actively support key stakeholders (including Sales, Production Schedulers, Interstate Freight team, Warehouse, Distribution) at all points in the supply planning process to ensure alignment with business objectives and priorities
- Manage supplier relationships from an operational perspective (e.g. supplier capacity, supply parameters, customer service)

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Ensure optimal stock holdings of finished goods, raw coffee and packaging to meet and exceed customer service expectations whilst minimising risk of obsolescence
- Daily communication of Out of Stock and at-risk products
- Coordinate activities between internal teams and our suppliers
- Key involvement in the delivery of successful new product launches and product transitions
- Support customer order processing activities
