Florabelle Living is an innovative homewares wholesaler offering a broad and distinctive range of products across our diverse portfolio of brands.

As a product-centric business our buying department is the creative hub of our organisation. To support our dynamic buying team, we are looking for an administration superstar who will play a pivotal role in ensuring we are going to market with our best foot forward.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- Support Buying team with the End-to-End management of processes for all ranges, to help facilitate and meet agreed timelines and launch dates.
- Liaise with respective suppliers on all core requirements, product details, samples, pricing issues.
- Create new and maintain ongoing items to ensure all data is populated in MYOB and up to date.
- Uphold meticulous standards in supplier communications, data reconciliation and reporting
- Assist in raising of claims with suppliers and following through to ensure adequate compensation is received.
- Manage and follow up with suppliers to ensure they are meeting production timeline targets in line with our expected shipping ETD’s.
- Addressing unsatisfactory supplier performance promptly.
- Sample management - tracking and receiving samples. Keeping all stakeholders informed
- Engage with relevant business stakeholders to co-ordinate the flow of product and information.
- Administration support such as compiling factory quotations, QC inspections
- Purchase order processing, management and reporting.
- Assist Senior Buyer with range review implementation and preparation.
- Assist in problem solving and product delivery/process issues.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Wholesale and/or retail industry experience is essential. Experience in a Supply Chain Coordinator role or similar administration role within a buying/product team is preferred
- Confident in reading and understanding budgets and margin calculations
- Overseas supplier liaison experience preferred (2-5 years)
- Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
- Good planning and time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skill in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint with high competency in Excel
- Confident using software programs
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and other key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
