**Salary range $149,686 - $202,422 plus super**

**About You**:
You are a passionate project leader with a proven track record of building strong relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes. You will leverage your blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and communication skills to contribute to the IT Strategy. With over 10 years of experience in IT Project and Program Management, you can adapt your approach using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies supported by relevant industry qualifications AgilePM, PMI, PMP, or PRINCE2. You have a proven ability to drive change and foster collaboration across key stakeholder groups. You will have a demonstrated track record of successfully planning and managing IT programs, overseeing multiple projects with the support of project managers, business analysts, and specialised staff. You have a solid background in managing change and a history of delivering impactful outcomes through strategic oversight and effective team leadership.
**About the Role**:
Play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of projects by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include resource planning, contractor and vendor management and broad stakeholder engagement to support project outcomes. You’ll contribute significantly to business case preparation by clearly defining scope, schedule, and estimates, aligning them with business drivers, strategy, and financial analysis. You'll manage risks and issues within the IT program and projects, overseeing cost monitoring, projection, control, and reporting. Additionally, you will engage with and lead a broad team of Project Managers, Analysts, customers third-party suppliers, and the IT Leadership Team. Your leadership skills will be pivotal in guiding projects to completion and achieving business goals, allowing the organisation to advance critical initiatives and implement essential updates. In this exciting role, you'll also help shape Hydro Tasmania's cultural evolution and guide our new ways of working.
