**Your Opportunity**

We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Migration Lead with expertise in leading data migration projects from major ERP systems. You will be the point of contact for managing data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity, and working closely with clients to deliver projects on time and within scope. - Lead end-to-end data migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy systems to modern SaaS platforms (TechOne, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive data migration strategies that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Leverage your functional knowledge of SaaS systems to design and lead the development of the overall migration architecture and approach, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.
- Utilize your SQL skills to analyse, map, and cleanse data, ensuring its accuracy and readiness for migration.
- Lead a team of data migration specialists while working closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee and monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring successful project outcomes while mitigating risks.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and best practices throughout the migration process.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data quality, integrity, and compatibility, providing innovative solutions to challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of migration methodologies, tools, and processes.
