We have an exciting opportunity to join Australia’s fastest-growing beauty brand as our Key Account Manager.

This is a full-time role based out of our HQ in Rosebery, Sydney however we are moving to the city in October.

**About The Role**:
We are looking for someone with a proven track record as a high-level sales performer who has the drive and business acumen to take the brand categories to the next level.

With your contacts in the Australian FMCG, grocery and pharmacy landscape, you will hit the ground running. Previous experience in a successful national brand role out is key to the role.

**Key Requirements**:

- Commercial acumen
- Extensive B2B sales experience within FMCG/Discount Department store environment essential. Minimum 5 years experience is required.
- Proven experience with high growth FMCG brands
- Proven experiencing driving sales and revenue
- Project Management experience
- Strong ability to establish, build and develop effective business relationships
- Ideally have established networks within the cosmetics/skincare and beauty industries.
- Is able to collect and analyse consumer, market insights and competition strategies to make recommendations to management
- Manage sales targets and ensure sales forecast accuracy
- Experience in sales data analysis
- Implement the retail strategy working hand-in-hand with the retail and marketing team to ensure the proper implementation of retail materials (POS, retail marketing plans etc)
- Highly developed account management skills to manage accounts and ensure the improvement in performance to client satisfaction
- Budget management and client account reconciliation skills
- Relationship management with the ability to deliver on client expectations
- Being well organised - Capability in setting sales targets, forecasting and implementing plans, strategies and goals.
- Data driven decision-making.
- Can demonstrate previous Key Account Management responsibilities with National Accounts.
- Adopts solution based selling techniques, delivering innovative sales solutions.
- Ability to participate in sales strategy meetings by providing local market feedback, pricing, and sales requirements.

**About you**:

- Thorough understanding of back-ground systems & programs associated with Australian retail and FMCG companies
- Demonstrated success in achieving budgets and strong financial interpretation skills
- Managerial experience essential, with proven experience in leading a team a must
- Sound experience working with POGs
- Ability to operate autonomously, with a proactive, results-focused working style and a clear flexibility
- Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft suite of products, with strong Microsoft Excel skills essential
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving and influencing ability
- An ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and ambiguous environment
