**About the Team**

Reporting to the Land 400 Service Support Manager, the Team Lead Field Service Representative will oversee a team of 8 FSR’s who are experts in their field. The team will continue to grow throughout 2023. The FSR team form part of the greater Service and Support division which also includes Maintenance Planners, Technical Advisors and Data Controllers. This role is based full time at Enoggera Barracks and connected to our MILVEHCOE facility in Redbank. This role will require some travel outside from those locations.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the L400 Service Support Manager, the Team Lead FSR is responsible for the daily supervision and coordination of the Field Service Representatives.

This role is an integral part of the Service and Support Team at Rheinmetall Defence Australia. The Team Lead FSR will provide frontline leadership to the FSR team’s for the In-Service Support function ensuring the delivery of Maintenance, Repair and Warranty Services to meet and exceed the contracted service and other support requirements. This role is key to ensuring our FSR’s are suitably supported at the frontline; as such are suitably representing Rheinmetall as the face of the Service & Support function with the customer.

As the Team Lead FSR, you can anticipate some of your day-to-day tasks to include:

- Provide frontline leadership to the FSR teams at both RDA and customers sites in the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, advisory, diagnostic and fault finding service and support;
- Leading the review, allocation and completion of FSR delivered maintenance tasks, service and support functions;
- Provide frontline leadership for FSR resource utilisation, time management and efficiency improvements to best leverage our capability in line with contracted requirements;
- Support the FSR team competency development in line with plans to ensure we develop and leverage a flexible, highly skilled team that is competent and seen by our customers and peers as experts in the platforms that we support;
- Conduct Maintenance / repairs, diagnostic and technical investigations as a hands on direct member of the FSR teams;
- Coordinate all mobile FSR tools, equipment, workshop containers, support vehicles and services for the FSR teams as required by the specific exercise, activity or service being executed;
- Coordinate technical investigations associated with faults or damage to customer vehicles;
- Oversee the preparation of any required reports associated with maintenance, warranty / technical investigations, including technical inspection reports or technical briefs; and
- Support the L400 Service Support Manager with the development of the Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Reporting as required.

The experience and skillset best suited to this role includes:

- Relevant Trade qualifications in an Automotive Field;
- Proven experience running trade qualified maintenance teams of up to 10 technicians;
- Proven experience maintaining a fleet of trucks or armoured vehicles, servicing and repairing diesel engine and heavy; trucks/equipment and all sub-system components, specifically from European manufacturers;
- Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks which have competing demands;
- Ability to interpret technical information, documentation, in-service reports and test results;
- High computer literacy skills, experience with ERP based CMMS systems, SAP preferred;
- The ability to communicate and provide technical advice in both written and oral formats with a target audience ranging from the end user to the executive manager;
- Being the face of the Rheinmetall brand when engaging with customers/stakeholders;
- Ability to travel internationally and interstate, when required; and
- Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (must hold Australian Citizenship).
