Homebush, Australia Carrier Fire & Safety Full time

Our client provides a range of independent consulting, procurement, installation, commissioning and testing services that are at the forefront of fire and emergency prevention and risk minimisation.

Due to the continued growth, they are looking to employ a full time **Invoicing Administrator** based at Lidcombe.

This role will suit an **experienced invoicing clerk** who has **demonstrated **experience in a fast-paced **service **orientated business. Fire industry experience will be an advantage but **not essential**.

**Some of your duties are (but not limited to)**:

- Dealing with technicians timesheets and payroll
- Invoice and statement queries
- Allocation and updating payment details into the system
- Providing exceptional service & building great relationships with customers
- Reconciliation of quotes to actual work completed to ensure all work has been invoiced
- Confirming job completion, including entering information and raising invoices
- Purchase orders and raising/closing jobs
- General support to the Service Manager including processing of service report sheets and timesheets.

**To Be Successful In This Role**
- Strong organisation and communication skills.
- Multi task and well organised.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience using an ERP system, Pronto & Uptick experience would be looked on favorably
- Intermediate MS office skills including the use of excel
