Offering new, large & modern offices, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistnat to become an integral part of the internal Branch team.


Working in a down to earth yet professional environment, this National role is an opportunity to become part of a friendly & dynamic team.

You will enjoy the daily variety of;

  • Booking jobs and allocating jobs to local Branches
  • Data entry, admin duties, reporting
  • Liaising with Branches
  • Raising purchase orders and invoices
  • ETA's and follow up with Branches
  • Taking calls re: job requests (approx calls per day)
Ideally, your experience and skills include;

  • Solid experience is a similar Admin/ Data Entry/ CS role
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast paced/ high volume environment
  • Accurate data entry and methodical follow up


Int
  • Adv Excel skills
  • Excellent organisation & time management skills

Salary:
$31.53 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends
