The Role
As the Injury & Wellness Coordinator Manager, reporting to the Manager, Injury and Wellness, and your role will be based in our Docklands head office. This part time role is to help improve the health and well-being of Melbourne Water employees. This involves supporting people with work-related and non-work-related injuries, making sure financial transactions related to injuries are accurate, and working closely with employees, suppliers, and others to provide excellent service and assistance. Your key responsibilities include:
- Helping achieve WorkCover, Injury Management, and Return to Work goals.
- Assisting in managing injuries, both work-related and non-work-related, and help employees return to work.
- Checking and processing of all invoices and payments handled by the WorkCover team.
- Supporting, managing, and handling of administrative tasks for Melbourne Water's WorkCover system (SOLV).
This is a permanent - part time role (0.6) - 3 days per week.
Salary MW EA Level 4 starting at $79,909 plus superannuation

Your Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role requiring close attention to detail, especially in financial transactions and validation processes.
- Highly developed communication skills and the ability to communicate with different stakeholders.
- Skilled in managing relationships with workers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
