Senior Document Controller – Quality Assurance & Controls (Asia Pacific) for SP Data Centres, embedded in Asia's largest data centre business. Location: Sydney HQ. Employment Type: 6-Month Secondment (Freelance or Employed by SP Data Centres – Flexible). Start Date: Immediate. Responsibility: Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan (with future market expansion). This role is designed with a view to transition into a full-time position within the client's organisation and supports operations across multiple geographies and future markets.
Responsibilities- Lead the development, organisation, and maintenance of quality documentation across APAC regions.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., ISO, local regulations).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, and emerging markets.
- Drive innovation in document control processes, including the integration of AI-powered tools and automation.
- Establish and maintain version control, audit trails, and secure access protocols.
- Support internal audits and quality reviews with accurate and timely documentation.
- Train and support regional teams on documentation best practices and systems.
- Proven experience in document control within large-scale infrastructure, construction, or data centre environments.
- Strong understanding of Asia-Pacific business culture and regulatory landscapes.
- Experience with quality assurance frameworks and document management systems.
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, especially in leveraging AI and digital tools.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
