About the Role
We're looking for a commercially astute, strategic sales leader to take the reins of a high-value NSW portfolio. This role is all about driving performance — building cohesion, accountability, and a high-performance culture across an experienced sales team. You'll develop and execute strategic account plans across priority segments, sharpen the go-to-market strategy, and cement the business as a trusted partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a team of sales professionals across NSW and ACT to deliver on ambitious, but perfectly achievable growth targets.
  • Build and execute account plans across key sectors including civil infrastructure, plumbing & residential, councils, and stormwater & drainage.
  • Strengthen customer relationships, ensuring the business is seen as the go-to provider for service, quality, and technical support.
  • Partner with operations to improve delivery performance and enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain and grow profitability through disciplined sales forecasting, margin management, and market intelligence.
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within building materials, manufacturing, or related industrial sectors.
  • Experience in developing and delivering strategic account plans that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance top-line growth with profitability.
  • Inspirational leadership style — able to energise teams, hold them accountable, and foster belief in the vision.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to influence and build trust at all levels.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable leading in competitive markets.
